Air Liquide (AL) has decided to create a research and technology centre in Shanghai, referred hereunder as CRTC for China Research & Technology Centre. This centre will gather primarily scientific and technical teams from different entities, all belonging to the Air Liquide Group.This engineering service tender is for Phase 1 R&D buildings (labs, offices, training rooms, restaurant, technical rooms…).The work content is to perform Engineering and architectural Design for AL R&D Center project located in Shanghai, CHINA:As Phase 1, the total area is 14,904M2 in this design package scope.
