Overall building area is 192820㎡ including 148200㎡overground area and 44620㎡underground area.For the whole project, the building density is 40.20％; the greening ratio is 20% and the plot ratio is 2.5. For residential building part, the building density is 30％; the greening ratio is 30% and the highest building is of 94.1m height.
This project is divided into residential and commercial district according to function. The plot has high-rise residential area at southeast while northeast side is 2-3 floors commercial podium which connects westen shopping centre through the corridor to form a overall commercial atmosphere.
